Tuesday and Thursdays Workout

I am a huge fan of Turbo Jam.
The workouts are awesome and the music makes me excited!!
I just finished my Turbo Jam 20 Minute morning workout.
Will switch up my Turbo routine once every couple of weeks.
It seems like all the junk I have eaten have
gone to my thighs leaving me with some holes in the sides of my pants.
Will post that picture later. So at night I am going to do the
Thigh Trimmer with Tony who is SUPER hilarious
and keeps you laughing the whole time. :)

100 Push-Ups . . . . . If You Dare

I am soooo excited to start working out again!! I know I should have been working out this whole time but this time is different. This time my honey is going to be working out with me!!! Tonight is our first night after doing the initial test. Thanks Lis for the suggestion!!
