Wow look at that number. Of all things I would of thought it went up with the injury and not being able to move as much but I guess being on crutches is a workout in itself.

I was bummed to have sprained my ankle Tuesday but glad the swelling is going down and my foot is start to feel like one. We shall see how this week goes.

a good day

i started the day with the awesome turbo jam workouts. it was so fun to have the girls do it with me.

smoothie drink has come back into my life and i hope to make a daily ritual of it.

volleyball came on this night and the sweat built. my girls were a bit raunchy but whose kids arent sometimes. look forward to the honey starting new shift so i dont have to take them.

i am going to try and do some exercise in the morning and some at night. we shall see how that works out :)

My body seems to like the 180's and I think it is because I am not working out. I know if I worked out and moved more the pounds would be off.

I have been reading a lot about the Acai Berry and the Natural Colon Cleanse pills and how they helps cleanse the body. I have been wanting to do the Lemon Cleanse but since I am nursing I dont think it would be safe to do that. The Acai Berry and Natural Colon Cleanse wouldnt be safe either while nursing but I hope to try it some time.

Have you heard of these supplements? What do you think?

4287 steps

I wasnt as active yesterday mostly because we had to drive to far away destinations and being super tired and taking naps. but it was still exciting to see all the steps i did even more exciting to have my hubby check it and be excited that I walked almost over 2 miles. Now if he can just making cookies I could stop gaining the weight I lose hahaha

5388 steps

Well I got a pedometer and beside being annoying at my hip it was pretty cool to see the steps and calories burned. Calories burned by the way of steps would be 145.5 So cool now if I can just keep it on. Today was kind of a lazy day I know I could have moved a lot more but just felt like being lazy. Look forward to beating my friend Kim in steps hehehehe

Yesterday I did learn and Burn Turbo Jam with my friend. She was new to it so we started easy. For me that workout is super easy but a workout is a workout right. Just keep moving Just keep moving

186.6lbs

I have been slacking on my weightloss blog. I can give many excuses mostly I have just been tired and having some drama with breastfeeding and postpartum blues which becomes distracting. But I am slowly getting back on track and getting the energy and motivation to move and work out.

I found when focusing on food life becomes a bit more overwhelming and I forget about everything else. So I am going to not stick to a diet or certain types of foods but I am still going to try and get more fruits and veggies in. Can NOT give up my smoothies. hehehe

Exercise has been progressing and I am able to move without being in pain so that is always nice. My church has started doing volleyball on mondays and I LOVE volleyball so I am doing that and I started up Turbo Jam the other day. I forgot how much fun it is. I look forward to moving my body more and hopefully fitting in my clothes so I dont have to buy new hahaha Right now my outfits consist of sweats and big tshirts.

Time it will all come in time. For now I will just enjoy the moment and keep moving
