Simply Slender Day 4 Last Day

I was doing good well except for not exercising when I normally do. It was kind of an off day and I was hurting bad so I caved into food. :( I was really looking forward to finishing strong but I am glad I did it. Overall I was hoping to get the energy boost which didnt really happen so I will try something else that includes food. lol

Simply Slender Day 2

This day went a lot better as far as the taste. I was able to drink them with no problems and enjoy them. I was a little bit concerned when I didnt have a BM by the end of the day so I ate a few grapes. Day 2 down 2 more to go

The girls are now heavy into working out and remind me in the morning to work out. It is funny but I am glad I have them to help motivate and push me to do the workouts. We did the Slim in 6 and enjoyed it. My foot still makes exercising a little uncomfortable but the more I stretch it and move it it will get better.

Simply Slender Day 1

Well I have started the lemonade drink and WOWZER it is quite the drink hahaha definitely need to get used to the taste but I finished it without being hungry. It was a bit difficult though making theseand not being able to eat them was especially difficult because they were so soft and ready to be devoured. I promised the girls we would make Alphabet Cookies so I kept my word. Ooooh so hard. Also taco salad for dinner I kept putting the food right up to my nose to enjoy the smell hahaha Husband thought I took a bite once. But nope I am a good girl. The Simply Slender says that you can eat fruits and vegetables lightly but I was afraid if I did so I would give in and eat it all so only the lemon drink for me. 1 day down 3 to go.

I did the Slim in 6 workout along with the Slim in 6-pack. It was a lot of fun because my girls were doing it along with me. hahaha

Well a week has gone by and not too much has happened except for the stopping of the breastfeeding and my foot getting somewhat better.

A month ago my doctor asked me to supplement feed Baby since he only gained 2 pounds in a 2 month period. I debated hard core because I didnt want to have that distraction from breast but decided if it would help Baby then I would give him a bottle every now and then. Breast and Bottle didnt go too good together, made Baby fussy, so I tried different formulas. Baby got distracted and started liking bottle and would only take the breast for comfort. It was a hard and still is a hard decision I made to fully go to bottle but in the end all is well. So no more breast.

My foot is healing somewhat I have a hard time moving it in certain directions and I walk a bit funny so I hope it doesnt affect me in the long run but I will keep stretching it.

I did workout two days this week to Slim in 6 start it up. This is such a wonderful workout and I always notice a great change in my body which is exciting. This next week I will add a few more workout videos to the routine.

I got this Slim in Slender Lemonade Diet Drink which I will start tomorrow. It is a four day routine where you drink this Lemonade Drink and can eat fruits and vegetables. I am hoping it will cleanse my body and give me the boost I need.
