Well a week has gone by and not too much has happened except for the stopping of the breastfeeding and my foot getting somewhat better.
A month ago my doctor asked me to supplement feed Baby since he only gained 2 pounds in a 2 month period. I debated hard core because I didnt want to have that distraction from breast but decided if it would help Baby then I would give him a bottle every now and then. Breast and Bottle didnt go too good together, made Baby fussy, so I tried different formulas. Baby got distracted and started liking bottle and would only take the breast for comfort. It was a hard and still is a hard decision I made to fully go to bottle but in the end all is well. So no more breast.
My foot is healing somewhat I have a hard time moving it in certain directions and I walk a bit funny so I hope it doesnt affect me in the long run but I will keep stretching it.
I did workout two days this week to Slim in 6 start it up. This is such a wonderful workout and I always notice a great change in my body which is exciting. This next week I will add a few more workout videos to the routine.
I got this Slim in Slender Lemonade Diet Drink which I will start tomorrow. It is a four day routine where you drink this Lemonade Drink and can eat fruits and vegetables. I am hoping it will cleanse my body and give me the boost I need.

sorry you had to stop breastfeeding.. bottle feeding doesn't hurt though at least you did it as long as you could! Let me know how your cleanse goes.. im seriously debating doing the master cleanse im just scared because you don't eat food for so long and i don't know what i'd do without food! lol. Good job on working out ginger! you keep inspiring me luv ya!!
