I have been slacking on my weightloss blog. I can give many excuses mostly I have just been tired and having some drama with breastfeeding and postpartum blues which becomes distracting. But I am slowly getting back on track and getting the energy and motivation to move and work out.
I found when focusing on food life becomes a bit more overwhelming and I forget about everything else. So I am going to not stick to a diet or certain types of foods but I am still going to try and get more fruits and veggies in. Can NOT give up my smoothies. hehehe
Exercise has been progressing and I am able to move without being in pain so that is always nice. My church has started doing volleyball on mondays and I LOVE volleyball so I am doing that and I started up Turbo Jam the other day. I forgot how much fun it is. I look forward to moving my body more and hopefully fitting in my clothes so I dont have to buy new hahaha Right now my outfits consist of sweats and big tshirts.
Time it will all come in time. For now I will just enjoy the moment and keep moving

I can totally relate! No biggie you still just had a baby enjoy him and your body will be back in no time. I think you look great anyways. I can't wait till im back to normal too, you still need to get a pedometer so we can keep track together! Im waitin.. :)
