Weigh-IN

weight for the week 185.2

I now know my weakness when it comes to eating. I do really good eating healthy and then my hubby comes homes and then i become lax. Not really eating too much on the sweets but just eating out of schedule. Hmmmm I love my husband being home but I need to be stronger about eating better for me and for him. :)

Im the same way as soon as he get's home from work and we relax for the night we both get lazy with our eating and eat whatever. But not no more! Were being alot more active and im preparing healthy dinner's instead of going out all the time. Were doing 87% better which i say is pretty good ;) I want to do this for me but for him just as much!
