yeah!! i have a routine :) today i did some weight focusing on biceps, triceps, and i did some squats. 4 sets of twelve and wowzer that last set was a kicker but i finished it :)
i am trying to figure out the best times to exercise. doing weights and then getting in some cardio. I was kind of off balance today so tomorrow i am going to do the cardio in the morning and then weights before bed.

I like to workout in the morning then it's done no matter what. I've found when I put it off I come up with an excuse not to or life get's in the way. I occasionally like to workout at night like today i worked out this mornin and wanted to go to the gym as well for some odd reason so i worked out twice today but man am I hungry! good job on working out!!
