Week 1 Day 3

breakfast: smoothie - almonds, orange juice, water, spinach, carrots, radishes, orange, banana, frozen lemons, berries, grapes with granola cereal and milk

lunch: smoothie leftovers, rice with salad mix, mushrooms and green onions covered with ranch

workout: 4 set of 12 side shoulder weight lift and back lifts

dinner: macaroni and cheese with 2 oreo fun stix for a treat

mood: the day started good but started to go downhill about afternoon as i lost my energy and became overwhelmed by life. luckily i did not snack but i probably should have in a healthy way. i have been getting headaches and i know it is because of my eating. hmmmmm what to do? i would say go to bed :) night

Just curious what do you do about all your fresh fruits and veggies are you going shopping a couple times a week? I have a hard time keeping it all fresh if i buy for longer than a week so i have to keep going back to the store.. you seem to use alot in your smoothies so just curious how you do it.. great job by the way on getting some workout in you just had a baby! your awesome.

i usually buy for the week and i use the fruit pretty fast in my smoothies and if they start to go bad i put them in the freezer and use them frozen :) i just need to figure out something for my spinach
