Simply Slender Day 2

This day went a lot better as far as the taste. I was able to drink them with no problems and enjoy them. I was a little bit concerned when I didnt have a BM by the end of the day so I ate a few grapes. Day 2 down 2 more to go

The girls are now heavy into working out and remind me in the morning to work out. It is funny but I am glad I have them to help motivate and push me to do the workouts. We did the Slim in 6 and enjoyed it. My foot still makes exercising a little uncomfortable but the more I stretch it and move it it will get better.

So your not eating at all?! Oh my goodness girl I was going to do that but im too scared to not eat for that long! Do you have a link for a site? Is it your daughters telling you to work out?! that's so cute. Im getting the chalean extreme next check and plan on mixing it up with yoga and gym cardio soon woo hoo. You go girl your my inspiration!!
