I was doing good well except for not exercising when I normally do. It was kind of an off day and I was hurting bad so I caved into food. :( I was really looking forward to finishing strong but I am glad I did it. Overall I was hoping to get the energy boost which didnt really happen so I will try something else that includes food. lol

either way im sure your body got something good from it. Keep me informed what your doing... i have my goals set but i still want a plan or a food detox to clean me out i feel all icky inside.. (im sure you were wondering)
