I am a little down and out right now. I was feeling a little sick the other day and went into the ER because the pain would not go away. Come to find out my appendix was inflamed and I had to have surgery. I will be back shortly but I need to relax a little bit. Love to you all on your journey
I came home today and I am feeling completely bloated and in pain still and silly me felt the need to weigh myself. Even though I have hardly eaten these past few days I am to 189.2. It is hard to not be disappointed. I hope whatever they pumped my stomach with passes and my weight goes back down. Until then I will stick to the bed.

OMG, that's crazy. Thank goodness you went to the ER when you did. Was it appendicitis? People DIE from that!
And surgery does really really weird things to the body. It is crazy stress, basically. My girlfriend just had a C-section and she had hives for two days...just her body's reaction to the stress.
You will totally get that weight back off. Give yourself a huge hand for TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF! If you had waited....think of how bad things might be!
Ok so here is my thinking. They pumped u with air and fluids......But that will all go away on top of that they took out an extra part...to me that equals weight loss soon!
Exactly - they do all sorts of weird things with fluids...I'm sure your weight will be down in no time.
In the meantime, take care of yourself!
