Decision has been made

If you have read my New Year's Resolution post you know that this year and years to come the man and I have decided to get out of this stinking debt!! We did pretty good this last month at saving some money and also putting money towards the debts. But we thought to ourselves, " Is it really good enough?" So we decided to make a huge step and go further in trying to save money and payoff the debt. Are you ready for it?!! It is a big scary decision but we have decided to get rid of internet and cable. Really for us it is worth it to use that extra money for a greater good and be satisfied when we know that we can pay for all our extra wants. It will be hard I aint going to lie because everyday I am pretty much on the internet fiddling around but I am so excited too!! What are you doing to get out of debt or stay out of debt?

We had the VitaMix first and then sold it to get the Blendtec. There are some definite things that I miss our VitaMix for but overall we have been using the Blendtec a lot more than we did the VitaMix machine. We have made bread, muffins, soups, smoothies, cheese spread and look forward to making more.

The man lost 2lbs and I lost about 4lbs which is surprising because I was just expecting another 2lb loss because that has been my normal pattern. Then you have to ask where the h#!! did that weight come off of because I still see fat lol So help me if it came off my boobs I am going to be pissed. just kidding. Either way it is nice to see that number come down.

I am going to put it out there and I am going to vent a little bit. I am a worrier when I dont hear from people especially when that person is my HUSBAND. His job is safe but not safe at the same time. I understand some days he may work late but when he doesnt call to let me know the first thing I think about is death. When he is late coming home from work and has not called me I am heart pounding and checking my phone every minute to get a message. I wont go into detail about how far my imagination gets but it is a very scary and a very real thing for me.

Driving gets me that way too. I am always thinking that any moment we are going to drive off the side of the road and then what will happen? Who will take me kids? Anywho that is just a peak into my head.

I think about all the crazy stuff. Do you?

Changed my mind!

Ok I changed my mind. I definitely WANT to make a New Years resolution, goal whatever you want to call it. The one thing I want us to be able to do this year is get out of DEBT. I am really getting sick of it and I am ready to move forward with our life and do those things we want to do. Instead we are held back OR we go into more debt wanting to have those good times. When I told my husband about this I said, "I dont care if we have to eat Macaroni and Cheese every night." husband said, "That probably wont be the healthiest." Me: "Ok maybe every other night." But still we need to make bigger sacrifices for our family. It might not be easy at first but it will get done and we will be happier in the long run!!

Happy New Years

I have seen a few posts here and there about goals, resolutions, REVOLUTIONS and really with this new year it doesnt motivate me to do anything. It is just another day. Just another adventure although there are things that I will continually work at and dreams that I hope come a reality.

Losing weight is just inevitable. I will always be continually wanting to lose fatness, always wanting to be healthier so there is nothing really new there. Except for the fact that I will be traveling a bit for reunions and also for the man and mine 10 year anniversary so of course I want to be sexy for that. I guess I do have motivation somewhere.

This year I am also picking up with my other blog over at 365 Days of What?! and focusing a bit on the kids this year. It will be fun to see where it takes us on a whole new level. I guess anti-depressants do work. hahahaha They make me want to do activities and be with me kids again. It has been a great feeling.

I am going to stop now before this post gets anymore crazy with bad grammar. Hope you all had a wonderful New Years day and are ready for the adventures to come!!
