Water
The smoothie cleanse was fabulous. I even lost some weight on it but it didn't solve my problems with hunger and always being hungry. It got really frustrating. I am starting to keep track of my water intake and have been drinking about six liters a day or more. I find that it keeps me full and also makes me pee a lot lol

Water is always good! So are fiber supplements. I have started adding the Splenda with fiber to my coffee. :)
Water is a blessing and a curse. Blessing because my body loves it. Curse because my bladder does not.
Sooo many people are doing cleanses lately. Water is the best though. Glad you are keeping track - I need to do more of that!
