My dear sweet loving hubby whom I adore with every ounce of my body and his did something not so nice.
Can you guess what it is? . . . . . Well it involves a store. . . . . . It involves some money. . . . .and it involves milk. . . . . .
He bought me oreos. The biggest sin you can do for any feeling fat person is buy them oreos. Let's cross our fingers for a great weigh in tomorrow night. And yes the oreos are almost gone.

My husband does that from time to time. I keep asking him why and his response has always been, "Well you do it to me!" My extremely mature response is, "Well you started it!"
At some point we're probably going to have to have a very honest discussion about why we do that.
Did you set him straight? Tell him this is Biggest Loser summer and that there will be none of that!! ;) If there are sweets in the house- I'll eat them...so I keep some reduced sugar chocolate cake mix in the house..and that with some low fat yogurt makes an awesome mini microwave cake. Let me know if you want the recipe/instructions. It definately fufills my chocolate craving and only about 150 calories.
Favorite Chocolate craving recipe...ammended from Hungry Girl.
4 Tbsp reduced sugar chocolate cake mix
2 Tbsp low/non fat vanilla yogurt
Mix the above in a coffee mug until completely mixed. Put in microwave for 1-2 minutes. (1 1/2 minutes is usually enough to get the sides to seperate and it to look like cake instead of cake mix. I think top it with a couple of Tbsp of Cool Whip Lite. I love the warm cake/cool topping mix. It is about 125-150 calories.
Its easy to keep cake mix in a tupperware container so you that you always have it on hand. Its my favorite and pretty easy to remember.. just 2:1 mix to yogurt.
