today wasnt so good at eating, although i didnt eat as much the food that was available wasnt the greatest. hmmmmm tomorrow is always a new day

breakfast: apple, granola bar
(traveled to Albuquerque so fast food fast choices)
lunch: 2 cheeseburgers, french fries and a sprite
since lunch was big i didnt eat dinner plus i just wasnt hungry. planning for outings to make better choices is definitely a must and not something i did. but we did go to costco and i got more fruits and veggies for my smoothies so excited about that. :)
