03/19/09 Meal Plan

breakfast: almond poppyseed muffin

lunch:
smoothie - lemons, apple, banana, almond, spinach, carrots, radishes, orange juice, pear ice frozen berries and grapes
egg sandwich - cheese bagel, two eggs, cheese some yummy sauce from chickafila

dinner: half dominos chicken bacon ranch sandwich and one slice pizza

i have been having a hard time drinking water because I cant drink it unless it is cold. Thankfully my hubby got some ice today yeah!! so my water intake will be better

I sure hope all your lunch stuff wasn't mixed in your smoothie!! Lol great job ginger being aware of what your eating is such a big step Im workin on that and I need to drink alot more aqua. I went to wally's and got a big water bottle i keep in my fridge because i too have to have my water cold.. were so spoiled lol.
