I havent been doing heavy duty exercising but I have been trying to move more. I have been walking to the post office and to Madelyn's school. For some reason I feel so off balance and get dizzy after awhile when I walk that it makes it difficult to do too much. Hopefully that feeling will go away soon.
The new hype for magazines is "lose weight while walking." I think it is awesome because anybody can get up and walk and then once you get your weight down and comfortable you can do some better exercises along with your walking. So I say get started go walk and create a new you :)
