Wii Fit Exercise

I did a little bit of exercise today. Yeah!! The wii fit is perfect due to it is not intense movements and such. Today I did the hula hoop twice, step aerobics once and the jogging once. That jogging is a kicker since I am not a runner. But it was nice to move a little :) The wii fit is also fun because you can set goals and it keeps track of the BMI thing. Super Fun!
